Our coaches and consultants are all qualified Ontological Practitioners, having graduated from the nationally accredited Vocational Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching. This is backed by extensive leadership and management experience in a wide range of organisational and business settings.

Alan Sieler
Alan is the founder and Director of Newfield Institute. As a world leader in ontological coaching he has written extensively on the relevance of Ontology to living, working, learning and coaching. His professional experience in education, training and consulting is extensive, having worked with multinational corporations and national organisations from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States and South Africa. Alan focuses on the communication processes that build a collaborative and high performance organisational culture. His work as a consultant, workshop leader and executive coach is solidly grounded and highly engaging.

Mark Molony
Mark has been working as a business coach and facilitator with a broad range of executive and senior managers in corporate, government, non profit and small business enterprises since 2000. Having originally trained in counselling / psychotherapy some 20 years ago, he has also coached in a range of organisations in the human relations and organisational health arenas. Mark’s purpose is to make a difference by generating new sustainable practices that will better support his clients in exceptional performance in all domains of their lives.

Tiina Alliksaar
Tiina works predominantly with senior leaders and managers within organisations to enable them to deal successfully with change, to develop talent and leadership capacity in others, to facilitate the development of high performance teams and to generate effective cultural transformation.

With more than 20 years experience operating at executive and senior management levels within multi-national organisations in Australia and the UK, Tiina has used the principles of coaching and mentoring for many years in terms of staff development and change management, and has been passionate about utilising these skills in her career as an organisational consultant and coach.

Mark Raymond
Mark works with leaders and managers to enable them to bring out the best in their people and to be positively influential - critical for project teams, business development, collaboration and in achieving business outcomes effectively and efficiently. Mark has more than 18 years combined experience in business development, and marketing in IT and law, and more than 10 years experience in leading people, both in projects and operationally. Mark's work as a consultant, coach and facilitator is highly engaging and practical - based on a deep understanding of coaching principles and experience in working in organisations and the day to day issues that arise. Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a certified MBTI practitioner.

Lois McLachlan
Lois is an organisational coach and consultant who worked in senior management positions for 20 years. This experience has been invaluable in understanding the demands of an increasingly complex business landscape and recognising the fundamental impact of individual and team learning and performance on "bottom line" business outcomes. Lois' enthusiasm for the Ontological approach to coaching & consulting comes from the powerful positive impact and ongoing learning she has seen in the professional and personal lives of those who have experienced it. She enjoys combining professionalism with fun.

Tony Carew
As a successful executive coach and organisational business improvement consultant, Tony has extensive experience in using ontological coaching to generate significant change for leaders, managers and teams. As an experienced coach trainer, his passion, insight and skilled coaching empower participants to put their learnings from the Vocational Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching and Coaching in Action programs to immediate use. He also works within organisations to develop coaching skills in leaders and managers.

Lyn Traill
Lyn Traill's working life has been in the specialised teaching and coaching profession for over thirty years.

She has always been at the leading edge of the psychology and mechanics of the management environment, specialising in executive coaching, culture analysis and customised training. Her excellent skills, both diagnostic and intuitive, have led to individuals and organisations to achieve demonstrated, positive progress to a better way of being in all facets of the business and personal environment.

Lyn is passionate about the ontological approach to business and engages her clients with enthusiasm and humour.
